Japan Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Act No. 57 of 1976) Art.56: Art. 56 Business opportunity conduct that grounds instructions

The minister may instruct an operator that breaches the chapter's duties, refuses or delays performance, gives assertive judgments that profits are certain, solicits in an annoying manner after refusal, or commits ordinance acts; suspension of up to two years and officer bans follow (Articles 57, 57-2).
