When soliciting individuals who work without an office, or to prevent cancellation, the operator must not intentionally withhold or falsely state matters on the goods or services, the specified burden, cancellation, the work income or other important matters; must not intimidate; and must not solicit in non-public places people lured without disclosure. Breach is a criminal offence (Article 70); grounds may be demanded (Article 52-2); the recruit may rescind (Article 58-2); assertive judgments of certain income and annoying solicitation ground instructions (Article 56).
