ITU Radio Regulations and Space Security Standards RR50: RR Article 50: Working hours of stations (maritime)

What does RR50 require?

Every maritime mobile and mobile-satellite station keeps an accurate UTC clock and uses UTC in logs (50.1, 50.2); coast station hours are fixed by the administration or authorized operator and notified to the Bureau for List IV (50.3, 50.4); coast stations with limited hours do not close before completing operations arising from a distress, urgency or safety signal (50.5).
