What does RR45 require?

Aircraft stations generally initiate contact within the aeronautical station's designated operational coverage; aeronautical stations set the order of traffic by Article 44 priority and may intervene; stations check the channel is clear before transmitting, wait at least ten seconds before repeating an unanswered call, and aircraft stations radiate no carrier between calls (45.1 to 45.7).
