ITU Radio Regulations and Space Security Standards RR39: RR Article 39: Inspection of stations (aeronautical)

What does RR39 require?

Visiting inspectors may require production of the aircraft station licence and operators' certificates, may inspect installations where the licence is missing or irregularities appear, inform the responsible government without delay and report in writing (39.1 to 39.6); Member States do not impose on foreign aircraft stations technical and operating conditions stricter than the Regulations (39.7); emission frequencies are checked by the responsible inspection service (39.8).
