ITU Radio Regulations and Space Security Standards CS48: CS Article 48: Installations for national defence services

What does CS48 require?

Member States keep full freedom over military radio installations (CS 202), but those installations must as far as possible observe the rules on assistance in distress, on measures to prevent harmful interference and the Administrative Regulations on types of emission and frequencies for the service they perform (CS 203), and must generally comply with the regulatory provisions when they take part in public correspondence or other services the Regulations govern (CS 204).
