Italy Workers' Statute (Law 300/1970) Art. 6(3)-(4): Art. 6(3)-(4) Agree the cases and methods of personal searches with the union representation

The cases in which personal searches may be ordered and their methods must be agreed by the employer with the company union representations (RSA) or, where none exists, the internal committee. Failing agreement, the labour inspectorate decides on the employer's application; its decision may be appealed to the Minister of Labour within 30 days by the employer, the RSA or internal committee, or the unions under art. 19.
