Italy Workers' Statute (Law 300/1970) Art. 10: Art. 10 Give student workers compatible shifts, overtime exemption and paid exam leave

Student workers enrolled in and attending regular courses at recognised schools have the right to shifts that make attendance and exam preparation easier and are not obliged to work overtime or on weekly rest days; student workers, including university students, sitting exams have the right to paid daily leave. The employer may ask for the necessary certificates.
