Storing information in the terminal equipment of a subscriber or user, or accessing information already stored there, is allowed only if the subscriber or user has consented after being informed in simplified ways set by the Garante; technical storage or access solely to transmit a communication, or strictly necessary for an information society service explicitly requested, is exempt. Consent may be expressed through easy and clear software or device settings. Using an electronic communications network to access stored information, store information or monitor the user's operations is otherwise prohibited. This applies to any website or app operator, not only to providers.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
