What does 6.2.2c require?

Across the life cycle stakeholders should see that data provenance, the validity of data sources, risk mitigation work, and the processes and decisions implemented are all recorded, so that how outcomes are derived can be understood and accountability upheld. They should forecast the costs of the system over its life cycle and ensure funding is available, and determine the resources each stage requires and ensure they will be there when needed, giving particular consideration to the data required to develop or evaluate the system, and for machine learning to the training set, the validation set and the test set.
