ISO/IEC 17025:2017 - General Requirements for Testing and Calibration 8.2: Management system documentation (Option A)

Laboratory management shall set, document and keep policies and objectives for meeting the aims of this document, and shall make sure they are understood and put into practice throughout the laboratory. These policies and objectives shall cover competence, impartiality and consistent operation. Management shall show evidence that it is committed to building and running the management system and to improving its effectiveness continually. Every document, process, system and record connected with meeting this document's requirements shall form part of the management system or be referenced or linked from it. All staff shall be able to reach whichever parts of the system's documents and related information concern their own responsibilities.
