Personnel are made aware of: the anti-bribery policy, procedures and system and their obligation to comply; how they contribute to the system working effectively, including what is gained when anti-bribery performance improves and when suspected bribery is reported; what happens if they do not conform; and how and with whom they can raise concerns (8.9). Documented information is kept on awareness programmes and the dates and audiences they reached.
