At planned intervals top management reviews the anti-bribery system to confirm it remains suitable, adequate and effective. The review considers: progress on actions from earlier reviews; changes in relevant internal and external factors; performance information including trends in nonconformities and corrective actions, monitoring and measurement results, audit results, bribery reports, investigations, and what kind and degree of bribery risk the organization faces; how effective the actions on bribery risk have been; and chances to improve the system (10.2). Its outputs include decisions on improvement and on any changes needed. Where a governing body exists, a summary is sent to it, and documented evidence of the results is kept.
This control maps to 4 controls across 4 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 4 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
