In addition to the base clause, where food cannot enter and waste leave by different routes, different times are set for the two movements. Waste does not accumulate in food handling, storage or other working areas or their surroundings beyond what the business justifiably cannot avoid. Grease traps and the sewer connection are sized for the waste volume, sited outside preparation and storage areas and properly maintained. Empty packs and wrappers are disposed of like other waste, and compactors, where used, are kept out of food-handling areas, and used cooking oil and fat go into an identified covered container until removal, with proper storage and disposal.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
