ISO 19650 - Organisation and Digitisation of Information about Buildings and Civil Engineering Works (BIM) 3:5.4.6: 5.4.6 Complete lead appointed party's appointment

The appointing party appoints each lead appointed party in time for mobilization to finish before production has to start, judging each prospective lead's capability and capacity against the evaluation criteria from 5.2.4. It includes six items, under change control, in the lead's appointment documents: the delivery team's MIDP and BIM execution plan; the asset information protocol, the production methods and procedures for the asset, and the asset information standard, each as amended or supplemented by agreement; and the appointing party's own EIR (ISO 19650-3).
