ISO 19650 - Organisation and Digitisation of Information about Buildings and Civil Engineering Works (BIM) 3:5.4.2: 5.4.2 Establish the delivery team's detailed responsibility matrix

What does 3:5.4.2 require?

The lead appointed party draws up a detailed responsibility matrix that confirms which information is produced, when, with whom it is exchanged, and which task team produces it. It considers the delivery milestones, capability and capacity across the team, the asset production methods and procedures, which parts of the container breakdown structure each task team has been given, and production dependencies between task teams.
