What does 3:5.2.5 require?

The appointing party puts together the invitation to tender or request to provide service, checking that it contains six items: the asset information protocol; the asset information standard; the asset production methods and procedures; the EIR (ISO 19650-3); the applicable reference information and shared resources; and the response requirements together with how responses will be evaluated.
