ISO 15223-1:2021 5.1e: Country of manufacture: replace the placeholder with the ISO 3166-1 code

What does 5.1e require?

In the country of manufacture symbol (5.1.11) the two-letter placeholder is replaced by the ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code of the country where the device was made; the manufacturing date may be placed next to the symbol.
