What does 5.1a require?

When the manufacturer symbol (5.1.1) is used, the manufacturer's name and address appear next to it; the date of manufacture may also be shown beside it. The authorised representative symbol (5.1.2) is used in the same way, with the representative's name and address next to it, and is meant for the information a regulation such as the European rules calls for.
