A procedure for receiving samples shall provide for: tracing each sample, through its request and label, to one uniquely identified patient and, where relevant, the anatomical site; criteria for accepting or rejecting samples; recording when the sample arrived (date and time) and, where relevant, who received it; assessment of incoming samples by authorized staff against the acceptance criteria; instructions for urgent samples, covering labelling, transport, fast processing, turnaround and reporting; and tracing every portion back to the original sample.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
