The document distinguishes the originating organization, which decides to undertake the project (a single organization, a joint venture, a consortium or another acceptable arrangement) and hands it to a project organization, from the project organization, which carries the project out and may belong to the originating organization. An originating organization running several projects should give each one to a different project organization. Responsibility and authority for the project's processes should be clearly split between the project organization and the other relevant stakeholders, the originating organization included, and that split should be kept as documented information.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
