The project shall bring in further value demonstrators taken from outside sources; refine the demonstrators to increase technical and organizational benefits and lower the risks arising from opportunities to put the core values into effect, and to support management of risks to implementing them; exclude from further analysis demonstrators the organization cannot influence by any technical or organizational means; and note the conflicts between values that bear on how they are prioritised for realisation in requirements and design (privacy against lawful provision of information to an authorised government body, for example; Annex G gives more).
