IEEE 7000 7.3(c): Describe and analyse technical and organizational control over the envisaged system

What does 7.3(c) require?

The project shall aggregate the system-of-systems elements potentially relevant to the concept, identify the owner of each, analyse control over the envisaged system and its elements (whether the organization has sufficient influence to change or design the elements that matter and can stay consistent with its own ethical policies, noting which kind of system-of-systems relationship applies: directed, acknowledged, collaborative or virtual; Annexes E and F guide control in systems of systems and over AI systems), and document which controls the concept needs so that ethical values are kept, extending to control of the supply chain and of the design through models, architecture descriptions, interface specifications and data flow diagrams for personally identifiable data.
