What does 11.3d.2-e require?

The project shall enforce no term that is unfair or that falls short of this standard; any term found unfair it shall note in the Age Appropriate Register and create a blacklist so that they are neither used nor reintroduced later. It shall record every obstacle, unfair term, hazard, opportunity and requirement identified for moderation and redress in the register.
