What does 11.3d.1 require?

The project shall be clear and unambiguous in upholding its published terms by telling children what action the redress process took; seeking and obtaining valid, informed, meaningful consent, as required, for service upgrades and amendments; publishing its corporate policies; and regularly evaluating and reporting the matters that appear in its Age Appropriate Register.
