The operation and maintenance plan from 7.7 and the operation, maintenance and repair procedures are put into effect, which includes running the procedures, following maintenance schedules, keeping documentation current, carrying out periodic functional safety audits and recording modifications. Chronological records of operation, repair and maintenance are kept, containing audit and test results; the time and cause of each demand on the safety systems in service with how they performed and faults found in routine maintenance; and modifications made to the EUC, the safety systems and the control system.
