A written complaint procedure records every complaint about matters the standard covers and follows each one up, together with the action taken. It obliges the producer to tell the Secretariat, via the certification body, when a competent or local authority investigates or sanctions the producer on matters within the certified scope, and the certificate holder tells the CB straight away about complaints concerning food safety, worker well-being or the environment that could harm the GLOBALG.A.P. brand. Members of a producer group need only the parts of the procedure that apply to them. Workers are allowed to raise complaints with their employer about any subject the standard covers, and the certificate holder documents and deals with them.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
