A written identification and traceability system lets registered products be followed back to their registered farm or supplier of origin (or to the relevant members of an Option 2 producer group) and forward to the customer who received them, covering one step in each direction. Harvest information ties each lot or batch to the production records or to the farms of particular producers, product handling is included where relevant, and the system is verified every year, either through a real recall or a mock recall and withdrawal exercise, with records kept.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
