Germany Works Constitution Act (BetrVG) s97: s 97 Consult on training facilities and co-determine training where jobs change and skills no longer suffice

The employer consults the council on setting up and equipping training facilities, introducing in-house training and participating in external training. Where the employer's planned or implemented measures change employees' work so that their skills no longer suffice, the council co-determines the in-house training measures; failing agreement the conciliation committee decides.
