Summary dismissal of members of the works council, youth and trainee delegation, ship's committee, fleet works council, electoral board and of election candidates needs the council's consent; if refused (or where there is no council), the employer may ask the labour court to replace it where the dismissal is justified. A transfer that would end their office or eligibility needs consent too, unless the person agrees, with the court able to replace consent for compelling operational reasons.
