Germany Works Constitution Act (BetrVG) s93: s 93 Advertise vacancies internally when the works council requests

The works council may require that all vacancies, or vacancies for particular kinds of job, be advertised internally before they are filled; failure to do so allows it to refuse consent to the appointment (s 99(2) no. 5).
