Employees may complain to the competent bodies of the establishment if they feel disadvantaged, treated unfairly or otherwise impaired by the employer or other employees, and may bring a council member for support or mediation. The employer tells the employee how the complaint will be handled and, if it considers the complaint justified, remedies it. Complaining may not lead to disadvantage.
