Special categories may be processed where necessary for archiving in the public interest, with s 22(2) measures. Access does not apply where the material is not indexed by name and cannot be found with reasonable effort; rectification does not apply, but a data subject disputing accuracy may give a counter-statement, which the archive must add to the files. The rights to restriction (Art. 18(1)(a), (b), (d)), portability and objection are excluded where they would make the archiving purpose impossible or seriously impair it.
