FSSC Development Program Version 2.0 P3-7.3: Suspension, withdrawal and scope reduction

What does P3-7.3 require?

The CAB suspends within three working days on a critical nonconformity or when the client cannot or will not maintain conformity; withdraws when suspension cannot be lifted within six months, when the client stops its Program activities or when integrity is severely compromised; and reduces scope when the client cannot meet the requirements for all of it, never excluding anything that can influence the safety of the end products. Within three working days of such a decision it informs FSSC and updates its own register, tells the client in writing and instructs it to inform its interested parties; the statement is invalid (or invalid beyond the reduced scope) from then.

What else in your programme already covers this

This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.

Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
