The applicant picks an FSSC licensed CAB and is advised to self-assess first using the FSSC tool; it signs an application and contract and gives accurate details, at least the scope sought, headcount in management and production, shifts and lines, number of HACCP studies, other schemes or certifications held and any head office functions. The CAB reviews the proposed scope against the Program, and the contract covers CAB ownership of the statement and report content, termination, conditions for using the statement, confidentiality, disclosure to authorities and FSSC where law requires, nonconformity, complaint and appeal procedures, publication in the FSSC register, cooperation with witness assessments, and the client's duty to tell the CAB within three working days of significant changes, serious events and integrity-threatening situations, name or address changes, ownership or key staff changes, changes to the food safety system or scope, and anything else that makes the statement inaccurate.
This control maps to 2 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 2 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
