Each assessment gets a written report on the mandatory FSSC template, kept confidential but available to food safety authorities with the client's approval when required. It confirms every requirement was assessed with a conformity verdict and evidence, verifies both procedures and practice, records justified not-applicable requirements, assessed and justified scope exclusions and reasoned plan deviations, and records every nonconformity with the requirement, statement, grade and objective evidence plus corrections and approved action plans. Head office reports hold at least the head office findings, with follow-up verified at each site. The full report reaches the client within two weeks of the decision, in English unless the client and CAB agree otherwise (translations are verified and an English version is provided if FSSC asks).
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
