Hygiene rules that meet any legal requirement and are easy to understand apply to staff, visitors and contractors: handwashing and sanitising, clean protective clothing and footwear with hair fully covered, waterproof dressings on hand and forearm injuries, controlled glove use, personal items left in a set place, bans on smoking, eating, drinking, jewellery, false nails and similar, and exclusion of anyone carrying an illness transmissible through food. Staff facilities are designed and placed to avoid contamination, with changing rooms, working toilets segregated from food areas, enough handwash and drying points with suitable water temperature, soap and sanitiser (hands-free where possible) and eating areas away from production and storage.
This control maps to 2 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 2 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
