What does AIO-V.B.2(b) require?

Management monitors incoming and internal data communications traffic for outages, degradation, throughput and capacity problems and other anomalies, maintains and responds to problems so that service levels do not degrade, implements redundant telecommunications services such as alternate providers or lines where appropriate, and establishes workaround procedures where redundancy is not feasible.
