EU REACH Regulation (Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006) 65-66: Show the authorisation number on the label, and downstream users relying on an upstream authorisation notify the Agency within three months

What does 65-66 require?

Holders of an authorisation, and downstream users using the substance under an authorisation granted to an actor up their supply chain, must put the authorisation number on the label before placing the substance or a mixture containing it on the market for an authorised use, without delay once the number is public. A downstream user may use an Annex XIV substance in line with the conditions of an authorisation granted upstream for that use, and must notify the Agency within three months of the first supply.
