EU REACH Regulation (Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006) 60.10: Authorisation holders: meet the conditions, minimise exposure and submit the review report 18 months before expiry

What does 60.10 require?

The holder of an authorisation must comply with the conditions and monitoring arrangements the decision sets for the time-limited review period, and, notwithstanding any conditions, keep driving exposure down to the lowest level that is technically and practically achievable. To keep the authorisation valid beyond the review period it must submit a review report at least 18 months before the period expires, including an updated analysis of alternatives and any substitution plan.
