The physical European Disability Card follows the common standardised and accessible format of Annex I, and carries a QR code together with whatever other electronic anti-fraud features the Commission's delegated acts lay down, added within a reasonable time of those acts and no later than 42 months after the directive's entry into force. Cards issued by one Member State are recognised in all the others.
