Supervisors verify the adequacy and implementation of obliged entities' internal policies, procedures and controls and the resources allocated, monitor compliance with targeted financial sanctions duties, and conduct off-site investigations, on-site inspections and thematic checks. They may compel any relevant information from obliged entities and from service providers to which tasks are outsourced. Financial supervisors and supervisors of gambling providers may also inspect premises without prior notice, examine and copy books and records, access software, databases and IT tools, and obtain written or oral information from those responsible for AML/CFT policies and controls and from outsourced providers' staff. Obliged entities must be able to produce all of this.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
