EU Anti-Money Laundering Directive (Directive (EU) 2024/1640) 28: Use FIU feedback to improve suspicious transaction reporting

What does 28 require?

FIUs give obliged entities feedback, at least annually and individually or by category, on the quality of the information in suspicious transaction reports, timeliness, the description of the suspicion and the documents provided; the feedback is shared with supervisors for risk-based supervision. Obliged entities should act on it to improve their reporting.
