The owner or operator must review, update and resubmit the RMP at least every five years from the initial submission or the latest required update; within three years of a newly listed substance; by the date a new regulated substance first exceeds a threshold in a covered process or a substance first exceeds a threshold in a new process; and within six months of a change requiring a revised PHA or hazard review, a revised offsite consequence analysis under 68.36, or a change in program level. A source no longer subject to Part 68 must submit a de-registration within six months.
