The RMP must report one worst-case scenario for each Program 1 process and, for Program 2 and 3 processes, one worst-case scenario representing all toxics and one representing all flammables above threshold (plus any additional worst cases required by 68.25(a)(2)(iii)), one alternative scenario for each toxic and one representing all flammables, each with the chemical name, percentage weight in a liquid mixture and physical state (toxics), basis of results and model name, scenario type, quantity released in pounds, release rate and duration, wind speed and stability class and topography (toxics), distance to endpoint, public and environmental receptors within the distance, passive mitigation considered, and active mitigation considered (alternative scenarios only).
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
