The RMP must give the name, phone and email of the local emergency planning and response organisations with which the source last coordinated, the date of the most recent coordination and the federal or state emergency plan requirements that apply; state whether the source is responding or non-responding; for non-responding sources, whether toxics sources are in the EPCRA community plan, the date of the last coordination with the fire department for flammables-only sources, the notification mechanisms for the public and responders, and the date of the last notification exercise; and for responding sources, the dates of the last emergency response plan review and update and of the most recent notification, field and tabletop exercises.
