The rules, conditions and constraints that must be observed in the application, operation and maintenance of the system, subsystem or equipment are identified and documented as safety-related application conditions, including the conditions exported by the safety cases of any related subsystem or equipment, are managed through the life cycle, and are carried into the technical safety report's fifth section and into the safety operation and maintenance plan for the user to fulfil; the safety case is valid only within them.
