Restructured from V3.2.1's 5.5.1 and 5.5.2: where ICT has functions that need manual operation and control, it must offer a mode in which all of them can be operated without vision using only operable parts that can be found by touch without activating them. A tactilely discernible touchscreen, or screen areas next to a tactile edge, corner or frame marking, qualify; small physical button groups and on-screen buttons fixed beside tactile boundaries can be located by touch.
