5.1.2.1: where ICT has closed functionality, that functionality must meet 5.1 and the open functionality must meet the applicable clauses 5.2 to 13; 5.1 replaces the clauses that exclude closed functionality. 5.1.2.2: closed functionality must be usable without the user attaching, connecting or installing assistive technology, and must meet whichever of 5.1.3 through 5.1.6 apply; a personal headset or personal induction loop is not counted as assistive technology for this purpose.
