5.1.2.1: ICT with closed functionality must meet the applicable requirements of 5.2 to 13; only the closed parts are subject to 5.1, whose requirements replace those clauses that exclude closed functionality. 5.1.2.2: the closed functions must be usable without the user adding, plugging in or installing any assistive technology, and must satisfy 5.1.3 through 5.1.6 where relevant; personal headsets and personal induction loops are not counted as assistive technology for this purpose.
